What is IGDA Leadership Forum EU?
The event focus is entrepreneurship, and management and advancement of games production.
Leadership Forum Europe offers sessions in parallel tracks that will consist of a mix of lectures, panels, and interactive workshop sessions.In conjunction with the conference there will be a Scrum Certification Course that will take two days before the conference.
When?
The event will take place in 2012, stay tuned for details.
Call for proposals
Currently they are seeking proposals from speakers throughout the games industry with extensive experience in games production and leadership.
Intended audience
This event will be valuable for all those who serve in a leadership role in the game development industry and are seeking to become better entrepreneurs, better leaders, create more successful games, and learn from other working professionals in the game industry.
This can include but is not limited to:
- Producers and project managers of all levels
- Team leads of any discipline (eg, programming, art, design, etc)
- Departmental directors
- Studio heads and execs
- Those soon to be promoted into leadership roles
Program and Speakers
The program and schedule is under development and it is being developed by a committee of industry veterans and welcomes nominations of qualified speakers.
